This dataset includes the supplementary material for the paper Kuehn et al. (2020) "Mineral intake and clinical symptoms in adult patients with Hypophosphatasia". It contains the dietary record (german and english version), which was used in the single-center, cross-sectional study "Nutritional Status and dietary Effects on Phosphorus metabolism and clinical Symptoms in Hypophosphatasia (NuSTEPS)".
