This Bruker 600 MHz Ascend magnet operating at a magnetic field of 14.1 T is equipped with an AVANCE NEO spectrometer and a He-cooled 5 mm DCH (¹H/¹³C/²H) probe. The probe is optimized for ¹³C at high sensitvity with a good ¹H performance. This spectrometer is operated by our trained service personal. Routinly conducted experiments are direct observation of ¹³C and inverse-detected ¹³C NMR experiments. Here, structure elucidation of even low-concentrated samples can be achieved.
