Code supplement: Line search by quantum logic spectroscopy enhanced with squeezing and statistical tests

Description

The code includes microscopic simulation of the signaling lineshape in the scenario described in the paper and the implementation of the Neyman-Pearson test for distinguishing the signal from noise and assess the errors of type 1 and 2. We also include code for optimizing the transition search parameters to find the fastest search strategy. Please see the comments in the code for more details.
