Growth and plant response raw data from 6 apple genotypes cultivated on Apple Replant Disease affected soils from 6 different locations in Germany

Young M.26, Malus spectabilis, Malus sargentii, EMR.2, G.202 and G.935 apple plants were grown for 8 weeks in Apple Replant Disease affected soils from 6 different locations in Germany, either untreated or gamma-irradiated, in the greenhouse. The data set comprises shoot lengths at d0 and after 8 weeks as well as shoot fresh weight and root fresh weight after 8 weeks.
