Description
The modular Raman FLIM microscope from Horiba combines Raman analysis and fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) in a single platform for correlated material and structural analysis.
A standard Olympus BX53 microscope serves as the optical basis. Excitation uses a 532 nm DPSS laser (Oxxius, L1S-532S) for Raman and a 488 nm laser diode (Horiba, DD-485L) for FLIM investigations. Spectral resolution is provided by an iHR-320 spectrometer (Horiba) with 320 mm focal length in combination with a cooled CCD detector (Horiba, Syncerity 1024x256-OE) for Raman and photoluminescence and a single photon counter (Horiba PPD-900) for FLIM. By time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC), fluorescence lifetimes from picoseconds to seconds can be analyzed.
