Raman spectrometer Bruker Senterra

The Raman spectrometer (Bruker Senterra) is designed as a confocal working Raman microscope. It is equipped with a green (532 nm) and a red (633 nm) Laser and an Olympus BX microscope including long and short distance working objectives (100x and 50x magnification). It provides the possibility to conduct depth profiles and imaging mappings. Measurements can be performed in the range between 70 to 4000 cm-1 (with 532 nm).
