Description
To ensure process reliability during usage of HyPo-components, the basic knowledge of interactions between the loads and the behaviour of components has to be determined. Based on this knowledge, fatigue life ML-based models are derived in order to monitor HyPo-components. Therefore, a method for measuring residual stresses on graded materials and polymer-free, directly deposited and high-temperature-suitable sensor systems are developed. Their integration enables the determination of intrinsic measurands not only during the use phase, but also during the manufacturing phase of the L-DED process.
