Abstract

In this article the conditions of the functional areas of the production are defined in terms of operational and strategic targets. On that basis and within the framework of the sometimes competing targets a new methodological approach is developed, which makes it possible to prioritize the targets of the functional areas, and thus a decision support is provided.
